How much do return Airport Transfers cost?

Your Airport Transfer is already included in the Tennis Holiday Package.

For a customized Tennis Holiday Package the following charges will apply (prices might change without notification):

  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Kuta and Legian area -roundtrip = US$ 30
  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Nusa Dua area -roundtrip = US$ 30
  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Bukit area -roundtrip = US$ 40
  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Seminyak/Canggu area -roundtrip = US$ 40
  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Sanur area -roundtrip = US$ 40
  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Ubud area -roundtrip = US$ 50
  • Bali Airport (DPS) to Candi Dasa area -roundtrip = US$ 70
  • For any other area, please do enquire
Where can I check if you have my transfer information?

Anytime but not before 7 days of your Arrival date. Please contact us using WhatsApp +62-888-8010677

Will there be others in my transfer?

No, unless it is a group holiday arrangement/booking.

Will we stop at other hotels?

No. The transfer will go directly to the hotel/villa.

I arrive late, will I still have a transfer?

Yes. As long as your flight arrives and departs on your booked dates.

What kind of car/minibus will it be?

All of our transfer suppliers operate cars of a premium quality. We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type. But it will be a vehicle in premium quality according to the number of guests. Please do let us know if you bring more than 2(two) large suitcases. In that case an extra charge might apply.

How do I let you know my transfer information?

By filling in the travel information in our Booking Confirmation form. Or drop us an email with complete travel details.

What happens if my flight time changes?

Will my host be there to greet me on arrival?

Yes, your Bali Tennis Magazine & The Tennis Tourist driver will be at the airport to greet you by paging you with your full name at the Arrival Zone of International Arrival. In case you would arrive at the Domestic Arrival, please do not forget to let us know.

I've booked my own transfer with my customized package option.

That's absolutely fine, but please inform us of your arrival time using our WhatsApp  so we can greet you at the airport or Hotel/Villa.

What do I need to bring on my tennis holiday?
  • Tennis Racket(s)
  • Enough Tennis wear for the time period of your Tennis Holiday in Bali
  • Tennis Shoes (Please ensure the shoe is appropriate for the court surface you’ll be playing on)
  • Tennis ‘Accessories’ - Water Bottle / Sun cream / Hat / Sunglasses / Small Towel / Insect Repellant
  • Swimwear
  • Eveningwear (In some restaurants a dress code might apply)
  • Travel Documents ( Passport, please ensure this is in date), Flight Documents, Global Health Insurance Card.
  • Personal Medical Equipment  (plasters/paracetamol etc.)
My flights have changed and I have a transfer booked with you, how do I let you know?

Don’t worry – just drop us an email with your new Flight Information and we’ll sort everything out for you.

I'm loving my tennis holiday, can I extend my trip?

Assuming the hotel has availability, why not! Please contact us here and we will help you arrange. this. Please do not change your flight home until we have confirmed it’s ok to do so!

I've broken my strings. Can I get them re-strung?

Our coaches will be happy to lend you a spare racket, while getting your racket re-strung for a small fee.
