Deposit Paid – Wait. You’ll receive an email from us acknowledging your booking. At this stage, we will confirm your accommodation with the hotel.
Deposit Paid – OK. As soon as we’ve confirmed your accommodation we will send you an updating Booking Invoice which has a status of ‘Deposit Paid – OK.’ Please only book your flights on receipt of this email.
Once you’ve booked your flights and hold a confirmed hotel/villa booking, please fill out all your details in our Booking Confirmation form.
We will send you a reminder email 60 days before the start date of your Tennis Holiday to ask you to pay your remaining 70% balance.
All booking changes are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Please Contact us here with your change request. Please include as much information as possible.
We will respond to your request and let you know any costs/charges to change your booking. Please never assume a change will be possible until it’s been confirmed by "Bali Tennis Magazine & The Tennis Tourist - Tennis Holidays in Bali".
